- The invitation email from the insurance company
- Your car insurance policy number
How to turn on the safe driving app when you get a quote
- Get a quote on YouSet.ca.
- Answer the questions on the screen.
- If your recommended insurance company is Intact, Wawanesa, or Aviva, go to the page that shows your price and coverage.
- Below your price, turn on the safe driving app.
- Finish buying your policy.
After you buy your policy, your insurance company sends you an invitation email to activate the app.
How to activate the app after you buy your policy
- Open the invitation email from your insurance company.
- Download your insurance company’s app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in to the app using the details in the invitation email.
- Allow the app to use your location and motion, so it can record your trips.
- Keep your phone with you when you drive. The app records your trips automatically.
