Overview
YouSet can insure a car you use for deliveries, ride-sharing, or car-sharing, as long as it’s less than half of your driving. This includes services like Amazon Flex, Uber, DoorDash, and Turo. You can add this use when you get a quote. Other types of business use aren’t eligible, because YouSet doesn’t offer commercial insurance right now.
This applies if you use your car, or plan to use it, to make deliveries, drive passengers or rent out your car through an app.

Frequently asked questions
Will delivery, ride-sharing or car-sharing use change my price?
Usually, yes. Your price depends on how often you use your car for deliveries, ride-sharing, or car-sharing. When you add this use to your quote, the price you see already includes it.
What happens if I don't tell YouSet I drive for an app?
If you have an accident while driving for an app and YouSet doesn't know about this use, your claim could be refused. Tell YouSet before you start.
