Yes, you can cancel your policy at no cost if you send your request before its start date. Once your policy has started, your insurance company usually charges a cancellation fee. You can cancel in your YouSet account.
This applies if you bought a policy with YouSet and changed your mind before it started.
How to cancel your policy before it starts
- Sign in to your YouSet account
- Under your policy, select Modify Policy
- Select Cancellation and non-renewal
- Follow the steps on the screen
What happens after
- YouSet reviews your request and sends it to your insurance company
- You get a confirmation email within 48 hours
