Overview
Under review means you've finished your order online, but a YouSet broker hasn't reviewed it yet. A broker will review it within 1 to 2 business days. Your coverage starts once the review is done and your policy is active. Rest assured, no money will be taken from your account until then.
This applies if you just bought a policy online and see the Under review tag in your YouSet account.
Important: You're not covered until your policy is active. Do not drive a new car or move into a new home before you get your confirmation email.
What happens after
- A YouSet broker reviews your order within 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and holidays
- Once your policy is active, YouSet emails your policy documents to the email address on your policy
- You can also find your documents under Documents in your YouSet account
- In rare cases, the review can take longer. If YouSet needs more information, a YouSet broker contacts you by email and phone
