How does the free first month with L'Unique work?

Overview

Some L'Unique quotes include a free first month. If your quote qualifies, you'll see Free first month in the discount section of your quote and on the order review page. No code is needed. After you buy your policy, L'Unique will refund you an amount equal to your first monthly payment.

This applies if you're getting a quote or bought a policy with L'Unique.

How it works

1. Get a quote on YouSet.ca
2. If L'Unique is available to you, you'll see it as one of your options. If that quote is eligible, Free first month appears in its discount section.
3. Check that Free first month also appears on the order review page, then check out online.
4. L'Unique refunds you an amount equal to your first monthly payment. You get it 30 days after your first payment if you pay monthly, or 30 days after your policy's payment date if you pay yearly.
5. The refund goes to the bank account used for this policy's pre-authorized payments. You don't need to do anything.

• If you pay once a year, you get back 8.3% of your yearly price, which is one month out of 12
• If your policy is cancelled before the refund is paid, you won't get the refund
