Frequently asked questions
Will my next payment still be taken on my old date?
Yes, your payment will be taken out on your old payment date until you get a confirmation email. So be sure the money is available in that account.
Can I change my payment date again?
No, if you have already changed your payment date once, it is unlikely you will be allowed to change it again until next year. This is because most insurance companies only allow one change to your payment date every 12 months. If you can't make an upcoming payment, see our What to do if you can't make a payment article.
