All your policy documents can be found in your YouSet account, under Documents. New documents are ready within 48 hours of buying your policy, and renewal documents 30 to 60 days before your renewal date. YouSet does not send documents by mail.
This applies if you have a YouSet policy.
What's in your policy documents
- Your policy declaration: Includes your coverage, limits, deductibles, price, dates and co-insureds
- Your payment schedule: Includes the dates and amounts of each payment
- Your policy terms and conditions: Includes the rules of your policy, like what isn't covered and what happens if you cancel
- Your pink slip, if you have car insurance

- Sign in to your YouSet account
- Under your policy, select Documents
- Open or download the document you need
How to find your renewal documents
- Sign in to your YouSet account
- Under your policy, select Documents
- Check the policy dates, so you open the documents for your renewed policy
- Open or download the document you need
Your account shows both your current policy and your renewed policy. Check the dates to choose the right one.
Frequently asked questions
Can you send me my documents by mail?
No, YouSet doesn't mail documents. You can download and print them from your YouSet account.
I just bought my policy. Why can't I see my documents?
If you just bought a policy, it can take up to 48 hours for your documents to appear in your account. Wait and try again after that time.
Will I know when my renewal documents are ready?
Yes, YouSet will email you when your renewal documents are ready to review in your account.
