Can I make a payment now instead of waiting until my scheduled payment date?


No, unfortunately, you cannot make additional payments unless explicitly instructed to do so.

If your insurer or broker has informed you that a payment is required, please follow the specific instructions provided in the email they sent you.

You can view all documents sent to you by YouSet — including your payment schedule and any additional documents — in your YouSet Account.

To do so, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your YouSet account
    2. Under your insurance policy, select « Documents »
    3. Locate all your documents, including the policy declaration, payment schedule, and more
