How can I see my current payment method for an insurance policy?

At the moment, YouSet only accepts pre-authorized debit payments. When you finalized your online policy purchase, we asked for your banking details (institution number, transit number, and account number). We then set up the pre-authorized debit directly with your insurance company on your behalf.

Currently, it isn’t possible to view your banking information directly in your YouSet account. However, you can request this information from our Support Team at any time. Simply log in to your YouSet account and submit a request. Once received, our team will promptly confirm your current payment method and share the details with you by email.

  1. Sign in to your YouSet account
  2. Under your insurance policy, select « Modify Policy »
  3. Select « Need help? »
  4. Follow the steps that appear on the screen
