When will I be charged my first payment?

You can expect your first payment to happen between 1 to 20 days after the effective date of your insurance policy. All payments are completed via pre-authorized debit every month. 

To confirm the exact date of your first payment, refer to the payment schedule included with your policy documents. If the scheduled payment date falls on a holiday, the payment will be taken the following business day.

You can access your insurance policy payment schedule through your YouSet account. To do so, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your YouSet account
    2. Under your insurance policy, select « Documents »
    3. Locate all your payment schedule. For some insurance companies, the payment schedule will be included in the policy declaration.

Please note that certain insurance companies may opt to split the premium into 11 payments instead of 12, resulting in slightly higher monthly withdrawals.
