How do I qualify for the offer?

In order to qualify for a $25 Amazon gift card, you must get a quote using this link. The quote you get from YouSet must not be lower than your current insurance provider’s renewal price and include comparable coverage.

If the quote you receive is not lower than your current provider’s renewal price, you must then submit this form and include the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address (Same one you used to complete the YouSet quote)
• Phone number (Same one you used to complete the YouSet quote)
• Copy of your current policy
• Copy of your renewal notice
• Your total premium renewal price per year, excluding taxes and interest
• The monthly price of your YouSet quote, excluding taxes and interest

What qualifies as a renewal notice?

Your renewal must be from a Canadian insurance provider, be for the same address, include similar coverages, and feature the same insured or co-insureds. The renewal notice must also be dated within the last 90 days of when you submit this form.

What does “comparable coverage” mean?

Comparable coverage means that your YouSet quote must have similar limits, deductibles, and co-insureds to those in your renewal notice.

Do I need to buy or switch my insurance to get the gift card?

No, there’s no purchase or policy switch required. You just need to meet the eligibility requirements and complete the qualifying actions as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

How do I get my $25 gift card?

Once you have submitted this form, our team will verify your submission. Eligible participants will then receive their gift card via the email provided in the form, according to the schedule outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Terms and conditions

*This Promotion is offered by YouSet Insurance (“YouSet”, “we,” “our” or “us”).

Effective Start Date: The Promotion is effective starting on January 1, 2026, at 12 AM EST.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Promotion, the participant must:

• be a legal resident of Canada;
• be the age of majority, or older, in their province/territory of residence at the time of participation;
• be a new or returning YouSet client, active policyholders are excluded;
• have received their renewal notice from their current insurer in the last 90 days; and
• meet the requirements set out below. 

Qualifying Action: To participate in the Promotion, eligible Participants must first complete a quote using this link for homeowners, condo or tenant insurance. If the lowest quote provided by us is more expensive than the renewal notice from your current insurer, you must then complete and submit this form. The form must be completed and submitted to join the promotion. If you don’t fill out the form, we won’t honour the Promotion. No purchase required.

To be eligible for the Promotion, the contact information must exactly match the information provided when you completed your YouSet quote. If some or all of the contact information does not match your YouSet quote, we won’t honour the Promotion.

Policy Information

• Current policy in PDF format
• Renewal notice in PDF format

To be eligible for the Promotion, the current policy and renewal notice must be from a Canadian insurance provider. Both documents must also: (i) be for the same address, (ii) include similar coverages, (iii) feature the same insured or co-insureds, and (iv) have the same insured or co-insureds as on your YouSet quote. The renewal notice must be dated within the last 90 days of form submission. If some or all of the policy information between your current policy and renewal notice does not match, we won’t honour the Promotion.

Pricing Information

• Renewal price on renewal notice, excluding taxes
• YouSet quoted price excluding taxes

To be eligible for the Promotion, the pricing information from your renewal notice and from your YouSet quote must both: (i) be for comparable coverages, limits & deductibles, and (ii) be for the same insured or co-insureds. If some or all of the pricing information between your renewal notice and your YouSet quote does not match, we won’t honour the Promotion.

Eligible Insurance Products: Homeowners, condo, and tenant insurance are the only eligible insurance products for this Promotion. All other insurance products, such as car insurance, are excluded from the Promotion.

Gift Card: Eligible Participants will receive their $25 Amazon gift card (the “Gift Card”) within sixty (60) days after the period in which their form was submitted. Gift Cards will be issued in Canadian currency. Only one Gift Card per household per calendar year. 

Gift Cards will be sent according to the following schedule:

• Completion period: January 1 – March 31, Gift card will be received by: May 31
• Completion period: April 1 – June 30, Gift card will be received by: August 31 
• Completion period: July 1 – September 30, Gift card will be received by: November 30 
• Completion period: October 1 – December 31, Gift card will be received by: February 28

Only eligible Participants will be notified. If you do not hear from us within the specified timeframe, this means you did not meet the eligibility criteria for the Promotion.

General: YouSet reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw or restrict this Promotion at any time without notice. YouSet is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under this Promotion. If YouSet suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system or a violation of these terms, YouSet reserves the right to remove all Promotions from your YouSet account(s) and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, refusing to send the Gift Card, or closing your YouSet account(s). This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, unless specified herein. An invitation to participate in this Promotion does not provide assurance that you will be accepted as a customer of YouSet. This Promotion is only valid for individuals in the location cited above who otherwise meet our eligibility requirements. Our standard terms relating to your use of YouSet and any agreements that apply to your YouSet account(s) each apply and are not affected in any way by this Promotion.
