When will I receive my $25 gift card after referring a friend?

When someone uses your unique referral link, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after it’s used. After receiving this email, you will receive a $25 gift card by email within 30 days.

Conditions to be eligible


To qualify, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. Your friend must use your unique referral link.
  2. They must complete a full quote request, including all required information (policy start date, payment details, etc.).
  3. They must not already be a YouSet custome

What happens next?

Once these steps are completed:

  1. You will both receive an email confirming that the referral link was used.
  2. Our team will verify that all the conditions of the promotion have been met.
  3. 30 days later, you will receive another email containing the $25 Amazon gift card.

Didn’t receive the confirmation email?

If you didn’t receive it, it means your unique referral link wasn’t used. In that case, the $25 gift card will not be sent.

If all the conditions have been met and you still haven’t received your gift card, feel free to contact us to check the status of your referral:

  1. Sign in to your YouSet account
  2. Under your insurance policy, select « Modify Policy »
  3. Select « Need help? »
  4. Follow the steps that appear on the screen
